When Will I Receive My Order?
Each of HallowCos’s items is made-to-order, which will take a processing or tailoring time. For the costumes, whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our costumes are personally tailored for you from scratch.
Total Delivery Date is based on the time it will take to tailor your costumes/made to order + the time is taken for the finished item to be shipped to you.
For ready to ship items, Delivery Date = Processing Date (1-2days) + Shipping Date (3-20 days, depends on the shipping way you choose)
Other Items Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (7-25 days) + Shipping Date (3-20 days, depends on the shipping way you choose)
Shipping Way: 1. Priority Line (10-20days) 2. DHL ( 3-7 days ). If you are rush, pls choose DHL shipping way.
At this time, we ship worldwide. Most Orders(Except the custom-made costumes) will be shipped out in 10-15 business days once the payment was cleared, and usually 3-7 days for delivery, NO overnight shipping. We have inventory for some best-seller costumes. And don't need processing time. We will do every effort to make sure you receive the parcel before your wish receipt day but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 15-20 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time may be around 25 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via DHL Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 3-7 working days delivery.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes in the shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there are any. All Parcels will be held for picking up if they can not be signed or delivered.
Shipping costs will be shown before you submit the order, it depends on your country and the weight of your products.
